Conrad’s Famous Bakery was founded on the 10th of May 1981 by Mr. Conrad Ifill. 

The company began as one bakery but has grown to two bakeries, both in Brooklyn, NY;

one at 299 Utica Avenue and the second at 856 Utica Avenue. 

Found in the heart of the Caribbean community in New York City, Conrad’s Famous Bakery 

has catered to celebrities such as The Mighty Sparrow, Broadway shows - Grind, 

 the people of New York and other states throughout the country for the past 30 years. 

From our inception, our goal has been to produce and maintain a high standard of business and a

top quality product. Our customers have always been our greatest asset.

While our facilities are not the largest, we pride ourselves on being the biggest little bakeries

in the country - big on quality, big on variety, and big on service.
